船底をモチーフとした基壇部に、帆を張ったような形状のガラスウォールを持つオフィス棟が立ち上がる。まるで船のような新潟市の新しいランドマークである。基壇部では、ガラス越しに見える木の素材を照らしだし、空中に船が浮いているように見せることが主題となった。ガラスのカーテンウォールは、夜になるとLED の光によってエッジが輝き、ゆるやかな光の動きで帆がはためくような効果をもたらしている。
This is a ship-shaped new landmark building in Niigata, with podium like the bottom of a ship, and the office tower has sail-shaped glass walls. At the lower floors, the wood materials which seem a bottom of a ship are illuminated to make them look like a floating ship. In the evening, the edges of the sailshaped glass curtain walls are sparkled by the LED linear lighting. Adopting movements on the lighting gives the sail to be seen as if it fl utters in the wind.
這是在新瀉新建的船型地標性建築，建築的較底層好似船底的形?，?公大樓的建築外墻也是帆船形?的設計。在較底的樓層，讓建築看上去?佛船的底部的木質材料被照亮，好似一條漂浮的船。到了夜?，在邊?區域裝上LED燈的帆船形?玻璃幕墻閃閃發光，通過光的動態變化，使其看起來好似帆船一樣在風中飄蕩。
