Sirius Lighting Office provides professional design,
construction supervision and consulting services for architectural spaces covering
from private residence to large-scale facilities and townscape.

Scope of work

Conceptual Design Phase

• a) Prepare and present lighting design concepts and coordinate with the architect, interior designer and other consultants appointed by the client.
• b) Deliverables shall include coloured drawings, reference images, lighting sketches, illumination levels required, project cost guidelines, schedule parameters, Preliminary conceptual lighting layout drawings, etc.
• c) Lighting CG simulation images for the area specified.

Schematic Design Phase

• a) Based on the design concepts approved by the client and in coordination with the architect, interior designer, prepare schematic design.
• b) Coordinate with the consultants appointed by the client.
• c) Attend meetings as may be requested by the client.
• d) Deliverables of the Phase shall include:
  *Lighting plans
  *Wiring plans
  *List of lighting fixtures with cost data
  *Cut sheets of lighting fixtures
  *Concept chart for specific lighting control and dimming systems
  *Illumination levels desired
  *Lighting CG simulation images for the area specified (only if necessary)
• e ) Value Engineering & Cost Estimates

Design Development Phase

• a) Based on the schematic design approved by the client, prepare detailed design drawings and other necessary documents for procurement by the client.
• b) Coordinate with the architect, interior designer and other consultants appointed by the client
• c) Attend meetings as may be requested by the client.
• d) Coordinate with the purchasing agent appointed by the client to assist the procurement of the selected lighting fixtures.
• e) Deliverables of this Phase shall include:
  *Detailed lighting plans
  *Detailed wiring plans
  *List of lighting fixtures with contacts of suppliers
  *Specification sheets of lighting fixtures
  *Detailed design drawings
  *Lighting control and dimming systems schedules
  *Electrical lighting connected load summary
  *Power requirements for the different areas
  *Lighting CG simulation images for the area specified (only if necessary)

Contract Documentation Phase

• a) Based on the Design Development Phase approved by the client, prepare detailed drawings for bid.
• b) Review and analyze bids submitted by the contractors and make a report of the results.
• c) Identify and recommend the preferred contractors to the client.

Construction and Implementation Phase

• a) Verify and comment the specifications and prices for lighting fixtures prepared by suppliers and contractors.
• b) Verify and comment lighting plans prepared by suppliers and contractors engaged by the client.
• c) Verify and comment wiring plans and control system prepared by suppliers and contractors engaged by the client.
• d) Verify and comment the drawing for detailed design prepared by suppliers and contractors engaged by the client.
• e) Attend meetings as may be requested by the client.
• f) Visit the site and review of contractors works when required.
• g) Visit the factories and review the custom fabrication works when required.
