中之島フェスティバルタワーの1 階にオープンした、自転車を愛する人たちのための出会いの場。自転車のサポートグッズを眺めたり、本を読みながら寛ぐことができる。中央部は低く下がった光天井になっており、リアプロジェクションによって映像が投影される。光と映像の融合により、互いの強弱が楽しめ、且つ環境光として使うことで、日常の光による体験を誘発するような仕掛けがされている。光と映像が行き来する環境の中でゆったりと過ごせる空間となっている。
The first floor of Nakano Festival Tower is opened for cyclists to socialize. People can find various items for bicycles and read books in a relaxed atomosphere. There is a lowered ceiling with a rear-projection of the sky, sunset, leaves, and so on. Combination of light and projected movies can entertain people with their contrast. Also, the ceiling as an environmental lighting reminds people of various familiar lights in daily life. Therefore, visitors can have a relaxing time at the place that the lights and movies come and go.
在中之島祭塔一樓，有一個自行車愛好者的聚集地。在這裏，人們可以找到各種和自行車相關的物品，還可以在輕松休閑的氛圍中?讀書籍。中心區域有一個較低的天花，上面會展示一組投影，如天空、落日、樹葉等，這些投影結合不同的照明效果，給人們的眼睛帶來享受。此外，天花板上的燈同樣作為環境照明讓人們聯想到日常生活中的景象。在這個燈光和影像交錯的空間裏，人們可以享受一段放松悠閑的時光。
