日本の美意識に基づいた柔らかな光と影の重ねを展開し、上品で奥行きのある立体的な風景をつくり出した。日本の伝統である四季を感じることができるよう、季節ごとに主役が変わり、年中楽しむことができるようになった。様々な視点場から見られることを想定した光の構成美を追求するだけではなく、庭園へ足を踏み入れるとセンサーが感知し、その周辺の光の量が変化する散策性の高いインタラクティブな計画としている。
We unrolled a layer of soft light and shadow based on the Japanese sense of beauty and created a graceful and deep spatial landscape. Leading player of the garden changes every season so that visitors can feel Japanese four seasons and enjoy the garden all through the year. Not only that we pursued architectural beauty of light assuming that could be seen from various points of sight, but also made the lighting plan highly interactive by changing the amount of light to a tripped sensor in the surrounded area when visitors step in the garden.
以日本的美學為基礎，把柔和的光與影重疊，形成高貴且具深度而立體的風景。為使人感受到日本傳統的四季，?一季的主角都會替換，從而於一年中都能享受其不同的景色。除了測定不同的視點以追求光所構成的美感外，庭園?亦設置了感應器，在踏入庭園的時候會觸動其感應，使周圍的光量變化，形成具漫?性質的互動計劃。
