札幌地下鉄大通駅のコンコースの改修計画。多くの人が行き交う中央広場では、天蓋の様な緩やかな曲面の天井を、フルカラーLEDの間接照明によって象徴的に照らしている。地下空間にいながらも、札幌の大きな空の広がりを意識させるような動的な演出を行っている。朝の通勤時間帯には爽やかな白い光をあびながら仕事に向かい、夜は落ち着いた暖かみのある光の下で家路につく。季節や人々の気持ちに寄り添った光の演出が展開することにより、新たな地下空間の象徴的な場となっている。
This was a renovation of the concourse of Odori subway station in Sapporo. On the concourse where many people come and go, the gently rounded canopy-like ceiling is abstractly brightened up by indirect lighting with full colored LEDs. We planned the lighting solution so that people could feel the openness of the Sapporo sky with a change of light even when they are underground. In the morning when many people go to work, white light reminiscent of a sunny day refresh their minds. At night time, warm calming light leads people home. The lighting effects correspond to seasons and people’s feelings to make the concourse a new landmark space in the underground.
此為地下鐵大道站大堂的裝修專案。在人來人往的中央廣場，我們象?性地以全彩 LED 間接照明來照亮以輕鬆曲線所組成的頂篷天花。我們亦設計了照明變化的演出，使人就算於地下空間，仍然能感受到札幌廣闊天空的擴展。在?多上班人士的早晨時分採用如晴天般令人清爽提神的白色燈光，在?上則以安穩?暖的光照亮人們的歸家路。伴隨季節與人們感受的照明演出得以擴展，成為具象?性的新地下空間。
