ヴィクトリアパークの東側に位置するレジデンシャルタワー。通りに面した２層吹き抜けのエントランスホールには、無数のきらめきと鏡面効果によって作り出された大きな半卵形のシャンデリアが浮かび上がる。また、低層部のファサードに使用されているフィンを、デザインに合わせて様々な方向から照らし出し、シャンデリアとともに華やかさと格式が感じられるファサードとした。シャンデリアの上階に位置するクラブハウスの天井は、オレンジ色の特殊アクリル板でできた光天井となっており、この光もまた外観の重要なアクセントになっている。
This is a residential tower located east of Victoria Park. A large hemispherical chandelier, created of countless shining lights and mirror effects, appears to hover in the two-story atrium above the entrance hall. The fins used in the lower facade are lit from various directions as designed to make the facade look gorgeous and prestigious with the chandelier. The clubhouse located above the chandelier has a ceiling of lighted panel made with special orange-colored acrylic plates which also provide an important accent to the appearance of the tower.
這是位於維多利亞公園東側的一幢住宅塔樓。兩層高的挑空入口大廳正對大街，無數懸吊在半空的??照明與兩側牆體鏡面交相輝映，“空中半球”躍然在目。此外，結合設計，從各個方向照亮安裝在低層建築外立面上的百葉，與吊燈?外呼應，營造華美與高雅的氣氛。吊燈上方樓層的?樂部會所的天花板，則採用了特殊的橙色亞克力板形成發光效果，這種光也對外觀起到重要的修飾作用。
